- Q: What's Site License for BoneLight 1.0? Why Site License?
- A: PacketBone uses physical location to identify the BoneLight software license. It means after purchased a physical location/site license, unlimited users in this site can install and use BoneLight software.
- BoneLight is designed to strengthen the communication and collaboration base on packets, we believe a flexible and cost effective software license will help customers maximize the ROI and keep risk-free for maximum the use of the software.
- Q: Why change to Individual License for BoneLight 2.0?
- A: The License model changed base on many many customer requests. To satisfy the customer is everything we want to do. We simply provide BoneLight under individual license model at a very attractive pricing schema.
- Q: If I purchased BoneLight 2.0 license, how long the license can be covered?
- A: If you purchase BoneLight 2.0, your license will have covered until BoneLight 2.9. We will offer a very great price for upgrade to next major release. In the meantime, we will release minor version upgrade for free on quarterly frequency. So you will get BoneLight 2.1, 2.2 .. at free cost. We will provide upgrade price when 3.0 or 4.0 comes.
