PacketBone offers complimentary e-mail pre-sales support while you evaluate our products. Existing customers must have a current Maintenance and Support Subscription in order to receive technical support. Our highly-trained support staff is always ready to assist customers with any technical support issue.

Q: What's Site License for BoneLight? Why Site License?
A: PacketBone uses physical location to identify the BoneLight software license. It means after purchased a physical location/site license, unlimited users in this site can install and use BoneLight software.
BoneLight is designed to strengthen the communication and collaboration base on packets, we believe a flexible and cost effective software license will help customers maximize the ROI and keep risk-free for maximum the use of the software.
Q: Our corporate has multiple sites worldwide, need I purchase licenses for each site?
A: Yes, one site license is for one physical location based site. So you need to purchase multiple site licenses. You can contact our sales for discount information if the site quantity is over 10. And you can contact us to get information about Corporate license which is design for global use of a legal entity.
Q: We have mobile users who work SOHO, how to measure the license for them?
A: If they belongs to a site either technically or in human resource point of view, the mobile user does not cost extra licenses. You just need to purchase the license for the site is enough.
Q: We are a firm providing professional service, how to license the software?
A: You need to purchase the site license according to your firm location(s). Your professional service base on the software cost license free. However, you are not authorized to transfer or rental the license to your customers. See detail in EULA in your application installation directory.
